“Eastman Insurance & Pioneer, What a Great Team!
Having Been a Customer of Eastman Insurance for well over a Decade, & Yes, I Always shop around every couple of years like a good consumer. ( Don’t Let Eastman know this 😉 ) We really have been Blessed with not having to file any claims over these many years, & I have always been a bit concerned about, how well will the Ins. Company Eastman has provided us with end up treating us when we actually do have a claim. Well those questions have all been answered recently, as my Wife unfortunately was involved in a Car accident that ended up totaling our van, Thank the Lord My wife was able to walk away from the accident although she has been experiencing some aches & Pains since, & is being treated for those over the past couple weeks. I Was really impressed with the level of service we received from the very moment of the accident, Considering I Was out of town the day the incident took place, My Wife received great communication from Eastman & That same day an Claims Adjuster from ‘Pioneer insurance’ contacted her & Started the process of getting her a rental vehicle ASAP! ( Uh, We did not pay for rental car in the act of our car being disabled, but the great folks at Pioneer cut us a deal & paid like 80% of the rental car cost for about 3 weeks! 🙂 ) Kudows To Pioneer! Plus, the claims adjuster was so nice & easy to work with, I really had to eat some crow, cuz I thought I was going to have a battle on my hands to get what I felt our van was worth. Wrong, Although the First offer was a bit low, After some additional information was provided, we were presented with an offer I felt was very Fair. & the moment Pioneer received our title we received our agreed upon Amount Deposited Directly into our account, Which was Awesome, because we had just found a great replacement vehicle that if we had not committed on right away, someone else would have snatched up that Creampuff! Also, I should mention that my wife is still suffering from some medical issues from the accident, & so far, Pioneer has bee right there making sure that all the bills are getting paid as well as any loss of wages due to time off work. Sorry Sam, no need for you yet! LOL! OK, so we filed a claim, & the Insurance CO, is having to pay out pretty big, so guess what, our Insurance renews in a couple week along with our newer vehicle added, so as I was expecting, we got our new policy costs, & Guess what? I was wrong again! Pioneer is not gouging us because we made a claim, even with this new Insurance Law & We kept Catastrophic medical coverage with a Nicer vehicle, Our policy cost Did not even increase! Well eating another plate of Crow. I really need to change my diet…..Folks, Give Eastman a try all I can say is they have exceeded all my expectations so far!
