Personal and Commercial CSR’s
Personal Lines CSR’s at Eastman Insurance assist with clients and company personnel to provide outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include writing and quoting new policies, making changes on existing policies, coverage recommendations and assistance with claims. We encourage personal growth and continuing education.
Requirements for Personal CSRs include Michigan P&C License and 3 years’ experience in the Independent Agency System.
Business and Personal Insurance Processor
Support for the Personal and Commercial Lines team. Responsibilities include various processing functions on insurance policies, interactions with clients, company employees and team members.
Requirements include excellent verbal and written communication skills, computer skills, multi-skills.
Sales Producer
Producers at Eastman Insurance seek qualified clients to assist with their insurance needs. Successful candidates must have a strong work ethic, discipline, and demonstrate the ability to sell and provide the necessary coverages to protect the insureds interests.
Requirements of Producers include Michigan P&C Licensing and three years in the Independent Insurance Industry.
